Motherhood doesn't make an animal weaker, it reveals why its strength matters. This is what Volvo engineering is based on.
A grizzly's size, claws, speed and strength aren't random facts about a bear. They're the reason her cubs are safe. And the same is true for a Volvo. Its horsepower, torque, AWD, towing capacity, high-strength steel safety cage, seven seats, etc. aren't there to make Mom feel like she bought a sports car. They're there because Volvo believes protection requires strength.
My dream job would be something that includes creativity, 7th grade algebra, needing to know every country, being intuitively right, and collaboration.
In my experience, Art Direction is not too far from all that.
